Like many of my clients, I’ve been on my own journey to build stronger connections in my family and relationships. That personal work continues to inspire how I support others today.

About Me

My path into psychology and therapy has always been deeply personal. My interest in men’s work and couples therapy began with my own longing for deeper connection – with other men, within my family, and in my closest relationships. I wanted to understand what it truly takes to create solid, meaningful bonds that last. That search continues to shape me: I am continually investing in my own family and relationships, knowing that the work of connection is never “finished,” but a lifelong practice.

This personal journey eventually opened me to psychedelic-assisted therapy. I’ve experienced firsthand the profound, transformative potential of these approaches, and I now see them as a powerful tool in helping people shift patterns, heal wounds, and live with greater presence and purpose.

My Work

Today, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and groups move toward deeper intimacy, resilience, and self-understanding. Whether through emotionally focused couples therapy, men’s groups, or psychedelic-assisted work, I aim to create a space where people can safely explore what holds them back and move closer to the relationships they long for.

I also believe healing and growth are amplified in community. This belief led me to cultivate a group practice—not only as a way to reach more clients, but to build a supportive network of clinicians who can collaborate, learn, and thrive together. That’s why I named our practice Collaborative Counseling of Colorado: because collaboration – with clients and colleagues alike – has always been at the heart of my work.

Our Mission

At Collaborative Counseling of Colorado, our mission is simple but powerful: to spread love one heart at a time. We do this by helping clients access compassionate, innovative approaches to change, and by making sure our clinicians feel equally supported in the process. From hiring a dedicated Client Connections Specialist to fostering ongoing peer support, we are committed to creating a space where healing relationships – between therapist and client, between colleagues, and within families – can truly flourish.
